The acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, welcomed today the well-known activist of the Albanian-American community in the United States, Harry Bajraktari.
The meeting discussed the latest developments in the field of economy and defense, as well as the progress that Kosovo has achieved in recent years. Prime Minister Kurti emphasized the key results in economic growth, investments in defense and security, as well as the strengthening of democratic institutions, adding the Government’s determination to continue with reforms that increase development, security and well-being of citizens.
A special part of the meeting was dedicated to the role of Albanian lobbying in the United States, the contribution of the Albanian-American community and the importance of further cooperation in advancing issues of common interest for Kosovo. Prime Minister Kurti praised the commitment of Mr. Bajraktari and the entire Albanian community in affirming the interests of the Republic of Kosovo and strengthening relations with the United States of America.
