Kosovo and Luxembourg have signed today the Memorandum of Understanding between the two countries. The agreement was signed by the First Deputy Prime Minister in office for European Integration, Development and Dialogue of the Republic of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi, and the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Cooperation of Luxembourg, Xavier Bettel.
Through this agreement, Luxembourg will continue and increase its financial support for Kosovo. For the period 2026-2030, this support will reach the value of 50 million euros, in addition to 35 million euros in the previous agreement.
The agreement was signed within the framework of the 10th bilateral Kosovo-Luxembourg meeting. It includes as priorities and key sectors skills for sustainable employment, health, sustainable and inclusive growth and the strengthening of Kosovo’s civil society.
