The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, welcomed pianist Melisa Ibrahimi and her professor, Alberta Troni, to his office.
Pianist Ibrahimi and Professor Troni have represented Kosovo in many international piano competitions. Recently, on 7th of July, they won the third place in the international competition for young people “Dinu Lipatti Roma 2022”, organized with the support of the Presidency of the Republic of Italy. Prime Minister Kurti congratulated them on their successes so far. He told them that such successes make us all proud, and at the same time remind us of the talent and potential of our youth, as well as the responsibility that state institutions have in supporting them.
Melisa Ibrahimi is the winner of 15 different prizes in piano competitions in Germany, Russia, Great Britain and Sweden.
