The Government of the Republic of Kosovo condemns the attack on the Director General of Kosovo Correctional Service, Sokol Zogaj.
The Kosovo government considers that this serious act committed against Mr. Zogaj is an attack on Kosovo institutions.
The Government of the Republic of Kosovo invites the competent authorities to take all necessary measures to fully resolve the case and bring to justice its perpetrators.
Wishing Mr. Zogaj quick recovery, the Government of Kosovo invites the holders of important state tasks to continue their work and dedication to the progress of democratic institutions and processes, as a precondition of combating negative phenomena and their perpetrators.
