Twenty-three years after the abduction and violent disappearance by Serbian forces, Nuredin Dvorani is reburied today.
He was 17 years old when he was forcibly disappeared by Serb forces on April 30, 1999.
The remains of Nuredin Dvorani were found and exhumed from the location of the mass grave in Qirez, Skenderaj Municipality and have now been identified through DNA analysis.
At the request of the family, he will be reburied today, January 21, 2022, at 14:00, in the village of Tërstenik, Municipality of Drenas, with the support of the Government Commission for Missing Persons, Institute of Forensic Medicine, associations of families of missing persons and municipal institutions.
