The Government of Kosovo held its 128th meeting, this time in electronic form, in which it approved:
– The decision by which the Government of the Republic of Kosovo gives its opinion regarding the Legislative Initiative for the Draft Law on the amendment and supplementation of Law No. 03/L-163 on Mining and Minerals amended and supplemented by Law No. 04/L-158. The Government assesses the initiative in accordance with the Constitution of Kosovo and the Ministry of Economy supports the proposed initiative and the Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers has assessed that this initiative does not create additional budgetary costs for the Budget of the Republic of Kosovo.
– The decision on the establishment of the Commission for the Addition of Specific Working Conditions.
– The decision to amend and supplement Government Decision No. 29/112 of December 13, 2022 for the approval of the Action Plan for Mitigating the Immediate Socio-Economic Impact of the Energy Crisis.
– The decision to approve the equivalence of the old system with the new system of classification of coefficients in order to calculate the basic salary for employees in the public sector, according to Law No. 08/L-196 on Salaries in the Public Sector for which the job classification process is necessary.
– The decision on the allocation of 10,300,000.00 euros for the implementation of the measures of the Economic Revival Package.
