Dear journalists thank you very much for wanting until these hours of this long day.
Allow me to thank the citizens of the Republic, supporters of our state and our people for their attention, support and patience, and I am sorry for the worry that they might have experienced during this marathon day.
We came to Ohër/Ohrid to sign the Basic Agreement with the Implementation Annex. We have reached a public agreement on an annex that will guide the implementation of the Basic Agreement.
The other side, just as in the last meeting in Brussels on 27th of February, is avoiding signing the Agreement, now also with the Annex. It is now up to the EU to find the mechanism to make the status of this agreement legally and internationally binding.
As for the Annex, I believe it will be soon published on the EEAS’ website and you can all read and understand what is in it and what isn’t.
