The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, today hosted the Special Representative of Norway for the Western Balkans, Arne Sannes Bjørnstad.
They discussed the bilateral relations between Kosovo and Norway and the possibilities for deepening them with special emphasis on cooperation in the energy sector.
Prime Minister Kurti thanked Norway’s Special Representative for the Western Balkans, Bjørnstad, for Norway’s support to the Republic of Kosovo so far and for its continued contribution to the development and security of the region. Meanwhile, he informed about the achievements and successes of Kosovo in the past year in the field of the rule of law, about the reforms undertaken, democratic and economic progress.
In this meeting, regional issues were also discussed, as well as the dialogue process between Kosovo and Serbia and the need for its intensification towards the full normalization of relations with mutual recognition at the center.
