Prime Minister Kurti hosted the members of the Croatian community in Kosovo

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has invited members of the Croatian community in Kosovo to a meeting. Together with the ambassador of Croatia in Kosovo, Danijela Barišić, the deputy prime minister Emilija Redžepi and the advisor for community affairs, Elizabeth Gowing, they talked about the needs of the community, the promotion of culture and involvement in public life in Kosovo.

During the meeting, there was also talk about the Year for Persons with Disabilities, announced by the Government, as well as the work done by Antigona Šestan from the Croatian community, from the NGO “Organization of Persons with Muscular Dystrophy of Kosovo” for persons with special needs.

They also talked about the project supported by the Office for Community Affairs within the Office of the Prime Minister, the joint work with the Croatian community in cultural projects, as well as the employment of this community. In addition, the emergency funds of the Office for Community Affairs, which have been allocated to members of the Croatian community with difficult conditions, were also discussed.
