Prime Minister Kurti and Minister Murati visited the DAKA Therm factory, a beneficiary of the Economic Revival Package measure 2.1

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, accompanied by the Minister of Finance, Labour and Transfers, Hekuran Murati, today continued their visits to the local manufacturers, namely to the Daka Therm factory in Pozharan.

Daka Therm company is also a beneficiary of the Economic Revival Package measure 2.1, a measure of support which has helped them increase their capacities in the manufacturing of heat-insulating materials, namely in the manufacturing of Styrofoam.

After the visit to the factory, Prime Minister Kurti emphasized that Daka Therm is an example of how support from the Government gives concrete results to manufacturing businesses, both in business development and in increasing employment.

“As a result of the Economic Revival Package measure 2.1, the number of workers in this factory has increased by 25, and we wish the company even more success in the future,” stated Prime Minister Kurti.

Minister Murati stated that the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers will continue to support local manufacturers with a view to increasing production, employment and exports.

The representatives of DAKA Therm factory expressed their gratitude to the Government for the support in the purchase of machines, which have significantly influenced the stability and development of their activity.
