The Government of the Republic of Kosovo condemns the act violating the Law on Tobacco, committed by irresponsible persons in the restaurant in the government building.
The Government will undertake all necessary measures to hold those who broke the law to account and to ensure that they receive the deserved punishment.
The Law on Tobacco, drafted by the Government and which is now in force, is a law which meets the highest European standards and criteria, and as such, it must be fully applied across the country.
The Government calls on all citizens of Kosovo to respect the Law on Tobacco, as this law is in the public interest and to the benefit of their health and the environment in general.
