The first Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Development and Dialogue of the Republic of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi, during his official visit to Athens, was hosted in a meeting by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greece, Nikos Dendias.
Initially, Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi reinforced the message of Prime Minister Kurti, in solidarity and support of Kosovo to Greece in this difficult moment after the tragic railway accident that happened this week.
Kosovo-Greece relations and the possibilities of deepening them were further discussed during the meeting. The excellent existing relations between our countries can be strengthened through cooperation in various spheres of common interest. Our aim is to build bridges of cooperation and interaction with a friend and partner country such as Greece.
Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi also informed Minister Dendias about the developments regarding Kosovo’s journey in the European integration processes and the steps taken as well as the dialogue process and the last meeting held in Brussels.
