The Government of the Republic of Kosovo held its regular meeting in which:
The Project Budget of the Republic of Kosovo for 2023 was approved, in the amount of 3 billion and 212 million euros.
The nine-month financial report of the Budget of the Republic of Kosovo for 2022 was approved.
The decision to extend emergency measures with energy supply was approved. With this decision, it is proposed to the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo to extend the emergency measures in the supply of energy, with the aim of fully normalizing the situation at the level of extent and duration necessary for another 30 days.
500 thousand euros were allocated for the support of cultural activities within Manifesta 14.
The decision was approved for sequencing and scaling sanctions in the case of the implementation of the preliminary decision for illegal license plates issued by the authorities of Serbia with denominations of the cities of Kosovo;
– Starting from November 1 until November 21, the warning measure will be implemented;
– From November 21 and until January 21, 2023, the fine will be applied;
– From January 21, 2023 and until April 21, 2023, test plates will be placed for vehicles with illegal registration plates;
– And after April 21, 2023, cars with registration plates “PR”, “KM”, “PZ”, “GL”, “UR”, “PE”, “DA” or “ĐA” will not be able to be registered with RKS registration plates, to enter or move in and through the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
