The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, wished quick recovery to Albania’s Prime Minister, Mr. Sali Berisha after his health deterioration during the ceremony of Albania’s Democratic Party anniversary

It is with sadness that we received news of a health crisis of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania, his Excellency, Mr. Sali Berisha
The health deterioration was significant as it occurred during a solemn moment, on the 21st anniversary of the Democratic Party of Albania, a party which played a key historic role in the foundations of the Albanian democracy.
The achievements of PDSH are a merit of the contribution and vision of Prime Minister Berisha who stood at the head of this subject, be that in position or opposition.
On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and on my personal behalf, I wish that Mr. Berisha will overcome without any consequence the health issue which emerged today and that he may continue to lead the Albanian state towards new achievements and victories.
